It is a molded ABS plastic shelf that fits into your existing H-D saddle bags. This allows you to use the top space in such a way that you can put the items often used like keys, sun glasses etc. there so you don't have to dig around through your bag to find them. We offer these for the (Gray inside) Fiber Glass bags on the 93-03, (Black inside) 2004 to present ABS saddle bags (Will also fit Police Hard Bags) and for the 97-08 Road King Classic hard leather bags.

We offer a few accessories to fit in the Top Shelf Organizer like the 12 Volt Outlet Charger that wires up directly to your battery so you can charge your Cell Phone, I Pod, Lap Top etc. while driving or parked, a foam Pick & Pluck insert that has removable squares so you can make inserts for what ever you need (this only fits 04-up bags) and a 360 degree battery powered led light.

Note: If your motorcycle is equipped with the optional Factory Remote Electronic Lid Locks, Fabric Liner or the I Pod Interface Kit the Top Shelf Organizer will NOT FIT.
