All items purchased thru adjureinc.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Adjure will only ship to the billing address of the credit card used.

Adjureinc.com attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, adjureinc.com does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by adjureinc.com is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself. The List Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. For certain items that are offered as a set, the List Price may represent "open-stock" prices, which means the aggregate of the manufacturer's estimated or suggested retail price for each of the items included in the set.
Where an item is offered for sale by one of our merchants, the List Price may be provided by the merchant.
With respect to items sold by adjureinc.com, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:

* If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.

* If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Adjure's "Cover Your Fanny" statement:
Adjure Inc. is a company manufacturing and selling aftermarket parts and accessories to fit many different motorcycles and automobiles. We are not affiliated with any O.E.M. manufacturer such as Harley-Davidson or General Motors. Any reference to brand names, trademarks or registered trademarks, are there for fitment purposes only. Adjure inc. does not offer or sell genuine Harley-Davidson parts or accessories. No text photographs or any part of this website may be reproduced in any way without the written permission from Adjure Inc.

Adjure's Limited Warranty:

Adjure warrants that any Adjure products sold will be free of defect in both materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase by the consumer excepting the following conditions.
* The product must be properly installed, maintained and operated under normal conditions.
* The product cannot be modified in any way.
* The product must be used as intended.
* All products containing L.E.D.'s will be warranted for a period of 3 years.

Lamp Warranty:

Against manufacturer's defects or faulty materials. Lamp must be installed properly and used as intended. The bulbs supplied with the lamps or similar replacement bulbs must be used. ( ADJURE WILL NOT WARRANTY IF LARGER WATTAGE AND/OR BLUE TINTED BULBS ARE USED) .

Adjure's Terms Of Business:

Dealer Policy:
To become a dealer for Adjure you must have a commercial location. Fill out a dealer application and fax it to adjure along with photos of your retail store and /or website, copies of your resale permit, business license and phone listing. New customers can pay via credit card (we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Card), cashiers check, or money order. If you would like to pay by company check or a 30-day open account, we must first have 3-4 weeks to check and approve your credit.

* A $25.00 fee will be charged for each NSF check.

Refused Orders:

Dealers will pay all freight costs and a 20% restocking fee. If this happens more than once Adjure may choose to terminate the customers account.

Damaged Shipments:

Should a shipment arrive in damaged cartons, sign only for the packages received and be sure to indicate that they arrived damaged. On the freight bill keep the cartons and inspect the merchandise for damage or shortages. Notify us immediately if necessary.

Adjure's Return Policy & Procedure:

Call us to obtain an R.G.A. number. Have your invoice number with you when you call. If it is required that you ship the item back to us you must include a copy of the invoice no matter where you purchased the merchandise. Write the R.G.A. number we give you clearly on the outside of the carton and on the paperwork. If you are returning the merchandise for any reason other than a warranty claim, it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

International Shipping:
First-time international customers must fax to us the top portion of their most recent billing statement showing name, billing address, and credit card number before orders can ship. International customers must supply a fax number and copies of both sides of the credit card. No dropships allowed we will only ship to the billing address of the credit card. Shipping costs are based on the actual weight vs. the dimensional weight of the package (length x width x height / 166), whichever is largest, and the method of shipment. We have international UPS, Air Parcel Post, and Fed Ex available to you. Because there are a number of options available to us for shipping, it is extremely important for our international customers to provide us with a telephone number, fax number, and / or e-mail address and your shipping address for UPS delivery. We reserve the right to select an alternate carrier for our customers if the delivery time is comparable and the cost of shipping is lower priced. We will inform you of the shipping costs the day of shipping. In addition to faster service, UPS Air, and Fed Ex Air provide a superior ability to track the location and progress of parcels in transit. Each freight carrier has maximum size and weight limitations per box that may affect the final choice of the shipping method. Our customer is responsible for customer charges, VAT, taxes, and all other costs associated with delivery of purchases.

International Returns:
International returns follow the same guidelines as stated above for domestic returns excluding the following.
* International Return must be returned freight prepaid, orders returned freight collect from an international customer will be refused.
