Adjure lights & customer service

I purchased a set of Adjure Beacon 2 Amber LED rear turn signals this past spring. Nice lights and bright as hell. Well, I had a problem with one of my rear turn signals 500 miles into a 4k trip. The wires exiting the LED pod broke off and left me without a right side rear directional. Needless to say, I was pissed. But, I was able to McGyver it back to life and finished the trip. When I got home, I sent an e-mail to Adjure via their website. http://adjureinc.com/index.html

Joe e-mailed me back just an hour later, but I was away from the computer. Since I left him my cell number, he called to find out what was going on and what they could do to correct it. I explained the problem and he said it was something he hadn't heard of before, but didn't put the blame on me. Instead, he asked for my address so he could ship the replacement parts out that day to get me back on the road. 2 days later - parts were at me door.

I went from thinking the lights were nice - to hating the company - to now being a customer for life.

Their products aren't cheap - but damn nice quality and the customer service is beyond belief. Just wanted to give them props for a job well done...
